  • ING Real Estate, developed vision for ‘office of the future’
  • VPRO broadcasting, improved fit between organisation and office building by defining identity and work processes as well as designing new interior office concepts
  • Government Building Agency, worked with internal government consultants to innovate strategies on office design and future centres
  • Twijnstra Gudde Management consultants, defined and managed design of knowledge landscape
  • Agricultural University Wageningen, defined identity of University and translated it into a visual design brief
  • Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij NAM (dutch oil company),coached head of facility management in defining and designing pilot project for office innovation

  •  improved cooperation with DEGW Architects and Strategic Consulting Ltd. London resulting in acquisition of DEGW worldwide
  • defined design brief and managed design process for innovative workspaces and learning spaces for ABN AMRO, Rabobank, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Illustrated Press, Ministery of Healthcare, Wellfare and Sports, Delft University of Technology, Hogeschool Haarlem and Hogeschool Zeeland
  • managed cultural change & improvement of internal communication by creating an activity based work environment for Reclassering Amsterdam and Arbo Management Groep Rotterdam
