April 1998 – December 2005: owner Defrost, Strategic Architecture Consultancy. Clients:
- ING Real Estate, developed vision for ‘office of the future’
- VPRO broadcasting, improved fit between organisation and office building by defining identity and work processes as well as designing new interior office concepts
- Government Building Agency, worked with internal government consultants to innovate strategies on office design and future centres
- Twijnstra Gudde Management consultants, defined and managed design of knowledge landscape
- Agricultural University Wageningen, defined identity of University and translated it into a visual design brief
- Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij NAM (dutch oil company),coached head of facility management in defining and designing pilot project for office innovation
